Evaluation
READ organization is here to assist the development organizations to deliver the international development goal of maximizing program results. READ assists in the systematic collection and analysis of information and evidence about program performance and impact. The evaluation findings promote accountability to stakeholders and donors, and informed decisions—supporting organizational learning, strengthening health systems, and improving program effectiveness so as to enhance quality of life and people live healthier.
The READ executes methodological studies, pilot tests or proof of concept studies, surveys and surveillance. Also, we provide opportunities for formal training, through local workshops.
READ’s work includes:
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods in all fields
Mentoring in evaluation methods with local counterparts
Enhance capacity building of partners in evaluation methods so as to be able to conduct evaluations
Projects implemented: The world health organization (WHO) has awarded READ organization to implement the evaluation of surveillance system in nine provinces of Afghanistan in 2019 under technical service agreement purchase order 202156643.
